Practice Forum
The next practice forum meeting is to be arranged.
The members of the Forum are patients and Practice representatives. The Forum provides a patient view of the Practice making sure everything we do is patient-centred. It meets on a regular basis to discuss and give feedback in order to promote a high quality standard of care and facilities for both patients and professionals involved in the Practice.
